Saint-Pierre de Feric is a village in the hills of Nice. Over time, it became a district of Nice, surrounded by the Costiere and the Madeleine to the west, Saint-Pancrace to the north, Pessicart to the east, Saint Philippe and the Imperial Park to the south.
Saint-Pierre de Feric’s name is linked to thyme plantations. Indeed, the local appellation ‘‘San Peire des Ferigoula’’ means ‘‘Saint Pierre of thymes’’.
The district of Saint-Pierre de Féric has experienced a strong urbanization over recent decades, but it remains rather quiet and green. It includes many houses (more than 40% of properties) and some residences of relatively recent constructions.
A large majority of residents are homeowners (75%) and families can rely on the proximity of St Pierre de Feric pre-school and primary school.
