The Riquier district is located between the Port of Nice and the railway line, the Mont Alban and the Paillon river.
Riquier is an old garden and orchards district dating from the end of the Middle Age, which then became industrial and artisanal with popular dwellings. It is today a central district connected to the rest of the city by the tram line the train. In addition to the lovely Arson place, the area has many shops, restaurants, cafes, services, and the large shopping TNL center on the Louis Delfino boulevard.
Financially more accessible, the district of Riquier seduces a varied population, made up of students, active and retirees who appreciate this urban way of life.
