The 14 Victor Hugo Residence

26 June 2021

The "14 Victor Hugo" is a building complex in Nice designed by the prestigious architectural firm Wilmotte & Associés.

It comprises 73 apartments divided into 2 buildings, all in the heart of a garden planted with tall trees and exotic plants, designed by the landscape designer Olivier Chardin. On the rue Paul Déroulède side, the building is white with a rather sober architecture. On the garden side, the building has wooden cladding.

There is also an underground car park with 74 spaces and a nursery called "Les petits poètes" intended for 30 children.

The program was launched on April 30, 2010.
