the Promenade des Anglais and in the Musicians District, and a lot of them
remained, among which the worthy of note «

The interior is enterely decored with noble materials : magnificent mailboxes, iron ornaments and internal frames, coloured glass pasts, monumental staircase, and windows colored with inedit technique, which reperesent maritime landscape, signed by Lasalle … Behind an austere facade, this property is inspired by the american model of apartments-hotel frequent in New York in the years 190 and 1910. It is representative of the « depressive » Art Deco.
The palace is enrolled in the list of Historical Monuments. It has benefited in 2015 of an important program of renovations, in the apartments as in the common parts.
