The Myriazur Residence is a 6 floor building with 38 apartments and 1
commercial space. On a 822sqm plot, this construction replaced three old houses
located between the 61 and 67 of the Francois Grosso Boulevard which were
previously owned by the Spinetta family.
The building permit was issued on March 15, 2013 and modified on July 8, 2014. The demolition of the existing buildings took place in mid-2014 and the construction site started in October 2014, under the direction of Gilles Mayance, architect installed in Nice.
The apartments were delivered during the year 2016.
The construction of the Myriazur residence has changed the configuration of this part of the Grosso district by bringing a modern touch. It is the first building of the XXI century built on the Grosso boulevard.
