The Helios Palace is an art-deco building located on the Francois Grosso boulevard, at the corner of the Jussieu street. It is named after the Greek sun god.
This construction with belvedere was designed in 1934 by the architect René Livieri for the Rometti family. On a 445sqm plot of land, this 8-storey building benefits from the characteristics of the art deco style (colored concrete, painted friezes, ornamental stone embossing, geometric patterns).
Originally an investment property, it became a condominium in 1961.
