The Colisee is a beautiful Art Deco building in the Musicians district, it was built by the Armenian architects Arsenian and Hovnanian.
Located at the corner of the Verdi street and Auber avenue in Nice, this imposing 6-storey building complex with a spiral staircase is inspired by New York skyscrapers.
When it was built, the apartments were at the forefront of modern comfort, equipped with refuse chutes and ice dispensers.
Originally, the plot of land with a house and outbuildings belonged to the Marquise de Constantin de Chateauneuf.
