The Alba Palace is an Art Deco style residential building that was
built in 1938 by Rometti. It is located in Nice at 72 Francois Grosso Boulevard,
at the corner of Sainte-Catherine street and close to the Tzarewitch boulevard.
The permit n° 091/37 was deposited in 1937 for a 6 floors building on a ground of 387sqm. The architect of the project was Richard Étéré (who also created the Palais Aurore 43 Clement Roassal).
The co-ownership regulation of the Alba Palace was established in 1937 by the notary Muaux. As for the descriptive state of division, it was drafted in 1957 by the notary Seassal in Nice.
